Imran Shahzad
Founder & CEOMr. Imran Shahzad is the Founder & CEO of Fais Associates Pvt. Ltd., with nearly three decades of professional experience in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Corporate Governance.
He holds an MBA (HR), MSc in Human Resource Management (UK), and is an Associate Member of CIPD. He is also a Certified Trainer accredited by PIFFA–FIATA–UNCTAD and has conducted numerous corporate training programs and executive workshops.
In addition to his corporate leadership role, he serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of the Punjab (IAS – Labour Laws), Quaid-e-Azam Law College (Law of Contract), and the Institute of Management Sciences (HRM), contributing actively to academic excellence and professional development.
Mudassar Masood
Senior Member – Advisory BoardMr. Mudassar Masood is one of the leading exporters of leather apparels and accessories, with his sales office based in New Jersey, USA. He joined his long-established family business in 1997 after completing his MBA from the University of Central Punjab.
He later earned an additional graduate degree in Business Administration from the United States while expanding business operations internationally.
A strong believer in diversification, he has successfully introduced multiple ventures, including the import of used machinery and power generators, and the establishment of a modern poultry farm based on advanced Tunnel Farming technology. With extensive exposure across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa, he actively contributes to professional and business bodies in Pakistan.
